At Zype.io, a Saizlan Technologies Private Limited, we are committed to your satisfaction with our services. We understand that plans can change, and we offer the following refund policy to accommodate your needs:
1. 24-Hour Window:
Full refunds are available if a request is made within 24 hours of the initial payment. To initiate a refund within this period, please contact our customer service team with your payment details and a copy of your receipt.
2. Beyond 24 Hours:
Requests for refunds made beyond the 24-hour window are generally not eligible for a refund. However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances can occur, and we are prepared to assess such situations with fairness and empathy.
3. Good Faith Considerations:
If we are unable to provide the service for any reason, we will attempt, in good faith, to process a refund. Delays are part of everyone's life, we strive to accommodate everyone with a schedule as soon as possible. To qualify for consideration, your schedule must be past your interview date on VAC.
4. Initiating a Refund Request:
To request a refund, please contact our customer service department with your payment information, service details, and reason for the request. While not all requests may qualify for a refund, we assure you that your case will be reviewed diligently.
5. Processing Time:
Assessing your case & approving/declining your refund request can take up to 14 days. Approved refunds are processed promptly and will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
